Solid surface fabrication and installation needs a special experience and skill. Thus Coomeh can be in charge of the installation of its product if there is no reliable service around. To spread  the use of solid surface in Iran Coomeh has its installation courses for interested people so the agents can have their own schedule and services.

Coomeh's solid surface is a very resistant and durable material thus in terms of considering basic conditions in it's usage and observing it , all installed and purchased materials can be guaranteed for 10 years; (costomer has to mention his demand for guarantee by order). In case of almost any damage its possible to repair the product. If the damage is not major repairing is possible at site, otherwise the product should be taken to the factory for repairing.

Please pay attention to the below list to avoid possible damage on your solid surface:

1.          Avoid moving sharp things on the surface.

2.          Don’t put very hot material for a long time on the surface.

3.          Don’t use strong solvents like acetone to clean the surface.

4.          Before sheding hot water in your solid surface sink, open the cold water as well.

5.          Avoid thermal shocks to your surface.

6.          Avoid throwing heavy things and standing  on your countertops.

For  cleaning  your surface use normal cleaning agents and a scotch bright.

For cleaning the kitchen sinks pour one fourth of your sink with water, add one glass of bleach and wipe your sink with wet scotch.

If your material is not installed by Coomeh or its approved technicians, there will be no responsibilities from Coomeh to any damage.

Quality assurance is for products that  has not been removed and  is for internal usage.
